Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is richer and deeper, with the yellow tending more to a deep sunflower yellow in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. A few surface dust fibres have adhered in the recessed parts of the waves of paint. The lower left extreme corner tip is very slightly worn. On extremely close inspection, there is a tiny short rub mark with three short associated cracks in the lower right quadrant, 15 cm. approximately in from the right extreme edge. Some residual paper fibres are adhering to the lower right corner tip.
