Description

the looped spring handle welded to flat pointed blades, each decorated on one side with a small bird in flight and a foliag scroll, the reverse with demi-palmettes, all engraved in reserve on a finely punched ground within narrow plain borders

Condition

The scissors show some very light overall traces of wear and scratching. The blades are blunt.
