the domed base painted with the triumph of Amphitrite, the body with Neptune on one side, and Europa on the other, the deck and rigging with seven sailors climbing ladders and raising sails, interior painted with a grotesque of a merman bearing a basket of fruit, marked on ship rim and and underside of deck

Condition

interior repainted where stem attached to bottom of ship, losses to enamel especially near edges, coral missing from merman's headress, sailor missing from deck, one ladder broke in two places
